I have decided to try my best to live with above words in my mind every day. By doing so, bringing more presence into all and everything I do, allowing myself to be here, right now.
Born in Austria in 1979, I decided to live an expat life in my 20s and after years of moving frequently, exploring interesting parts of this world I have settled (for now) in Geneva/Switzerland, since 2014, together with my husband and two daughters.
After being a school teacher and musician all my life, I was introduced to Yoga in Benghazi, Libya, in 2008. From the first class I took my life and daily routines started to change and I observed how, what's created on the mat, could be taken into daily life quickly.
Since then I am on this journey to figure out how to transfer more and more of what I learn on the mat to my daily actions, and every new day I am excited to get up and be teacher and student in this amazing journey called life.
I see my Yoga practice as the center of everything I do, therefor it became my passion and wish to share my learnings and experiences on how to create a regular home practice and guide you on your way there.
After trainings in the field of Yoga therapy, my focus clearly lies there and the training as a massage therapist in 2022, complements my practices as my offers to guide people individually on whatever the current need in life is.
My focus areas are breathing and relaxation, working with the body to create more space for both, through movement as well as stillness and the touch of hands.
